Help our visitors learn about the organization putting on EnviroFest! Talk to and answer questions from visitors about the EEC, our site and our programming throughout the year. We will have informational flyers, email list sign-ups, and more available at the booth. There will also be a sheet of talking points and facts for volunteers to reference throughout their shift.

Help capture the magic of the event! Snap photos of volunteers in action, kids diving into activities, visitors checking at booths, the band rocking out, Indiana Wild showing off all their animals, delicious food, silent auction items, and more. We don't always get around to each part of the event, so photographers are our eyes. Not only that, but they help us tell the story of the event when promoting it in years to come.

Help get the event going! We need help setting up tables, chairs, 10 x 10 canopy tents, setting up the Raffle/Silent Auction area, and other materials for the event before vendors and exhibitors arrive. Volunteers will report to the Volunteer Station to sign in and receive assignments at the beginning of their shift. Maps and set up information will be available here as well.

Help our vendors/exhibitors unload and carry their materials to their booth location, or help with any remaining general event setup needed at this time.

Hand out programs, talk to and answer questions from visitors about EnviroFest, and encourage visitors to fill out a survey about the event for a chance to win a free t-shirt! This year, the kids area with feature a pool of macroinvertebrates for kids to explore, along with an obstacle course, nature art activity, and sidewalk chalk. Volunteers will assist with activities and crafts. We will have examples set out and all supplies will be provided and EEC staff will also be there to lead.

Kids are welcome to volunteer with parents!

Help make the event a success! Event volunteers float around the event to provide breaks to other volunteers, help with setup/cleanup for activities, answer questions from visitors, and more. Volunteers will check in at the Volunteer Station and report to our Volunteer Manager for questions or assignments.

Help lead one of our most popular parts of the event! Monitor the Silent Auction area, answer questions about our available silent auction, announce winners throughout the event, and be a friendly face for event-goers.
