Course Monitors are responsible for directing runners along the course. This opportunity is not difficult but it is critical to point the way for runners/walkers. Course monitors also stay alert for people who appear troubled or hurt. You will carry a cell phone in case of emergency. You should cheer loudly and clap and be upbeat to encourage runners!
